We are seeking a Quality Analyst nationwide!

In this role, the succesful candidate will:

Under moderate direction and supervision, supports designated team(s) within Customer Service with Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI) projects.

Supports leadership of teams assigned to in order to plan and implement all QPI projects (quality control, performance metrics, standardization of business processes, bi-annual audits, Kaizen Events, value add tracking, staffing models, VOC, Process Change Requests, Collaboration Meetings, etc.).

Reports results of executed QPI projects to QPI Manager within the teams QA supports.

Refine projects and assists in performing activities as needed.

Directly collaborates with teams assigned with in order to reduce error rates, perform root cause analysis, and increase customer satisfaction.

Results reporting and analysis for QC, VOC and Efficiency Analysis (if applicable).

CXM annual creation and monthly results completion.

Plans and facilitates Calibration Sessions amongst those performing QC assessments.

Individually manage Master Schedule by completing all deliverables within established SLA.

Facilitate continuous improvement utilizing industry standard best practices.

Validate new processes, products, and systems are operationally sound to achieve desired business goals

Conducts independent QC and assess-the-assessor to ensure compliance with defined procedures and standards.



  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of industry related experience

Nationwide Salary: $67,000 - $80,000
