Duties

We are looking for a Sr. Policy Admin. Analyst to join our team

Summary -

Delegate work assignments to team. Monitor reports for timely completion of work. Identify any system problems or backlogs and make recommendations to eliminate issues. Examine policy data for most complex transactions, perform research to determine steps to resolve, make appropriate adjustments. Advise, verify and approve work items of team members as a Subject Matter Expert.


A typical day will include the following:

Assign and coordinate distribution of work.

Mentor and train team members.

Monitor reports, tickets and work requests for timely completion.

Coordinate confidently and with authority with preparers of source documents to resolve questions and clarify conflicting information or misunderstandings.

Analyze out of the box problems and improvise a solution.

Expertly investigate and complete the most complex transactions.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years related experience needed
• Data entry and windows environment experience
