Duties
We are looking for a Business Process Specialist on the Innovation team!
Summary
Partners with business units to deliver strategic solutions to opportunities and issues impacting the company’s growth, effectiveness, and services. Drives requirements, design, acceptance, and delivery for projects with significant technology, process, and product changes such as new core system initiatives.
A typical day will include the following:
• Leads efforts to evaluate the functional fit of core and digital software solutions
• Designs and documents business processes to address improvement opportunities
• Articulates well-formed business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Engages business stakeholders, advocates with IT on their behalf, and articulates the implications of technology decisions/tradeoffs
• Prioritizes and sequences delivery of new functionality
• Leads acceptance efforts for large projects including UAT and OCM
For Colorado Residents Only: Salary range $104,000 - $117,000
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred however not required
3-5 years minimum experience in business analysis, insurance operations, underwriting, or a related area
Experience enhancing core insurance systems (billing, policy administration, customer relationship management, workflow, or claims)
Hands on experience with Duck Creek, Guidewire, or Salesforce is preferred
