Duties

We are looking for a Associate Talent Advisor to join our team in Englewood, CO!

Summary -

Coordinates all activities for exempt and non-exempt recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. Performs trend analysis, projections and preparation of management reports.

A typical day will include the following:

• • • Researches and sources candidates through approved search techniques and utilizes established internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
    • Coordinates all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
    • Assists in market research and gathering current trend information used in development of recruiting strategies and practices.
    • Provides recruiting support to hiring managers for non-exempt positions. Manages internal and external recruiting sources and extends offers once a candidate is selected.
    • Understands, models and explains the PHLY employment value proposition.

Qualifications

• Qualifications
  • • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 1 -3 years’ experience in related field (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Operations, Compensation etc.)
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

For Colorado residents only: Salary $57,576 - $61,689
