Duties

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in either Englewood, CO or Leawood, KS!

Summary -

Coordinates all activities for exempt and non-exempt recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. Performs trend analysis, projections and preparation of management reports.

A typical day will include the following:

• • Provides recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Manages internal and external recruiting sources and extends offers once a candidate is selected.
  • Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
  • Coordinates all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
  • Assists in market research and gathering current trend information used in development of recruiting strategies and practices.
  • Executes recruitment plan/process with moderate direction/supervision.
  • Reviews comp/offer recommendations with TA management or Sr. TA when applicable.
  • Source diverse candidates for open requisitions.
  • Partner with leadership team on any challenges and look to TA Sr. Manager or Specialist when applicable to help with resolution.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

        •  5-7 years of recruitment and staffing experience in a corporate environment

• Insurance experience a plus!

For Colorado residents only: Salary $69,676 - $78,385
