Duties

We are looking for a Talent Advisor to join our team in either Bala Cynwyd, PA or Leawood, KS!

Summary -

Coordinates all activities for exempt and non-exempt recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. Performs trend analysis, projections and preparation of management reports.

A typical day will include the following:

Provides recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Manages internal and external recruiting sources and extends offers once a candidate is selected.

Researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment.

Coordinates all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.

Assists in market research and gathering current trend information used in development of recruiting strategies and practices.

Executes recruitment plan/process with moderate direction/supervision.

Reviews comp/offer recommendations with TA management or Sr. TA when applicable.

Source diverse candidates for open requisitions.

Partner with leadership team on any challenges and look to TA Sr. Manager or Specialist when applicable to help with resolution.

Qualifications

Associates degree in related field (Bachelors degree preferred)
•         5-7 years of recruitment and staffing experience in a corporate environment
•         Insurance experience a plus!
