Duties

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Human Resources Associate, eager to build upon their HR/Talent Acquisition foundation, and join our Talent Acquisition Team in our corporate headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

The HR Associate contributes to the overall success of the company by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

Typical responsibilities will include:

• Schedule and facilitate interviews including phone screens, in person interviews, video conference, and travel arrangements, and support pre and post interview actions as part of the recruiting process.
• Develop positive relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Advisors and maintain effective communication channels.
• Support new hires through pre-employment screening and on-boarding process in conjunction with external vendors and internal training teams.  Process offer letters/term sheets, I-9 form, e-Verify, payroll forms, etc.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Associates and cross functional HR teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources or related administrative support role in a corporate environment.
• An equivalent combination of education, experience or training may be considered.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. 
• Team oriented with the ability to be flexible in order to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet the timelines, and deliverables of team members.  Experience supporting a large team in a fast-paced, dynamic organization is a plus.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal; effective interpersonal abilities; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Quick learner with a sense of curiosity and the resourcefulness to track down answers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, ask critical questions, escalate concerns appropriately, solve problems and practice sound judgment.
• Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
