We are looking for a Corporate Social Resp. Manager to join our team
Responsible for leading the development and overseeing the execution of corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives in the areas of: employee volunteering, corporate and employee charitable giving, and employee health and wellness and for guiding the development and execution of PHLYs social media strategy.
A typical day will include the following:
Increase employee awareness and utilization of PHLYs CSR programming through various means of communication
Lead the CSR Committee and Good Company Committee
Identify opportunities to create, develop, and expand strategic community partnerships in support of company and department goals
Drive employee engagement and advance diversity and inclusion through strategic CSR initiatives
Champion Tokio Marines Good Company philosophy across the business
Lead and oversee the growth and development of PHLYs CSR programming including 1) TEAMPHLY ACTS employee volunteering program, 2) corporate and employee charitable giving, 3) employee health and wellness, 4) PHLYs social media presence
Minimum 7 years' experience working in CSR, ESG (Environmental Social Governance), sustainability reporting, fundraising and managing philanthropic resources
3 years' supervisory experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
