Duties

Job Summary

Manage premium audit activities for Assigned clients. Conduct premium audit and review the result done by TPA. The Premium Audit Specialist may be required to travel to client sites to conduct audits. 

Primary Job Duties

  1. Premium audit for major Assigned clients should be booked within 150 days after expiration date. All Premium audit other than the clients, which Manager approves as exceptions, should be booked within 180 days after expiration date
  2. Determine with Assigned clients how to proceed premium audit. Coordinate with AEO and Producers to proceed premium audit. Get the information from Underwriters and other departments for premium audit.
  3. Conduct premium audit by oneself and/or TPA. Arrange TPA to conduct proper premium audit. Review the result done by TPA. Make sure that all necessary information is captured and ready to book.
  4. Feedback the result of premium audit to Underwriters.
  5. Act as a representative of Premium audit unit in Texas.
  6. Answer inquiries regarding audit invoices.
  7. Monitor quality control procedures to produce a high quality product free of errors and omissions.
  8. Ability to interact in a team environment.
  9. Responsible for complying with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or to carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at Company.

Other Functions

1.      Ability to interact in a team environment.

2.      Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little or no supervision.

3.      Perform special projects and other duties as may be assigned.

4.      Regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

       Bachelors Degree preferred

       10+ years in an auditor role preferred

       Strong PC skills

       Good oral and written communication skills.
