Duties

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Human Resources Associate, eager to build upon their HR/Compensation foundation, to join our Compensation Team in our corporate headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

The HR Associate – Compensation contributes to the overall success of the company by providing a high level of customer service and accuracy while supporting compensation program administration.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with preparation and distribution of compensation-related communication materials.
  • Maintenance of employee data and rewards program information in HRIS systems and/or Excel.
  • Demonstrating basic understanding of salary administration and incentive plans and formulating appropriate responses to employee questions and/or HR Business Partner requests.
  • Supporting administration of the organization’s compensation programs through document tracking, data collection, basic analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources or related administrative support role in a corporate environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education, experience or training may be considered.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, Excel / database management skills, and critical thinking.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, ask appropriate questions, escalate concerns appropriately, solve problems and practice sound judgment.
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities and projects according to established timelines
  • Interest in learning HRIS and rewards management systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
