Job Summary.

Responsible for installing, relocating and maintaining computing hardware such as monitors, small CPUs and printers.

Job Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and maintains office productivity enhancing tools – hardware and software
• Works with end-users to determine types of hardware and software required and coordinates acquisition
• Utilizes automation tools to remotely deploy software
• Interfaces with vendors for service of PC's and related hardware
• Utilizes desktop imaging software to create and maintain build standards
• Provides support for end-users of office systems and products
• Complies with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at the Company

Degree / Licenses and Professional Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) preferred

Experience

• Must be actively enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with a related major
