We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team!
Summary:
Analyzes moderately complex processes, products, & systems to articulate requirements to improve efficiency, reduce cost, & support growth. Liaises with business units towards those goals.
A typical day will include the following:
Assess impact of moderately complex process, product, and system changes on people and organizations
Conduct effectiveness measurement of new processes and systems
Protect sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information
Provide input to business training needs and deliver training
Conduct OCM activities to ensure business preparedness for change
Research, document, and articulate requirements for process and system improvements
Provide input to cost, benefit, and feasibility analysis of potential solutions
Contribute to designing solutions for inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
Assess moderately complex business processes, products, and systems for inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
Assist business units with understanding technology capabilities, challenges, and trade-offs
Create, revise, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various functions and processes
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and ensure understanding of processes and SOPs
Monitor outsourced processes to ensure adherence to established SOPs and identify opportunities for optimization
Drive efforts to standardize processes across different teams and vendors to enhance consistency and efficiency.
Implement a feedback mechanism to gather insights from stakeholders and BPO teams on process effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Validate new processes, products, and systems are operationally sound to achieve desired business goals
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in process mapping, and SOP development, preferably in a role overseeing outsourced processes.
Strong understanding of business process management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with outsourcing models and best practices is a plus.
Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Transparency Range
National Range - $73,400 - $82,000
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
