We are looking for a Executive Assistant I to join our team!

Summary:
Coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel.

A typical day will include the following:

  • Maintains confidential and non-routine information and acts as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
  • Creates and develops visual presentations for senior executives and organizes and prioritizes large volume of incoming calls.
  • Supports one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs. Schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements.
  • Develops reports and composes, critiques and edits correspondence, as well as interfaces effectively with all levels of personnel.

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience supporting an Executive in a corporate environment 
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Office Administration experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel 
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook and calendar management
  • Excellent communication skills & strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment 
  • Advanced Degree is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalency required
