Duties

We are looking for a Direct Billing Representative (Bala Cynwyd, PA) to join our team!

Summary -

Act on service inquiries and requests from policyholders.  Examine, determine appropriate action and process tasks to support successful and timely premium collection of direct bill receivables.

A typical day will include the following:

• Respond to Service Requests
• Arrange for Manual Reinstatements
• Evaluate and Approve Refund Disbursement
• Prepare Account Reconciliation
• Examine and Decide Payment Allocations
• Assist and Support Team with Daily Tasks

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following:

• High school diploma
• Customer Service experience
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to negotiate
