Job Summary:

Responsible for performing various Accounts Payable administrative accounting tasks for TMNAS and the business units it supports.  Provides support to other members of the Facilities team.

Essential Job Functions:

• Processes facilities related invoice payments in conjunction with approved budgets and purchasing guidelines
• Process office lease payments on a monthly basis in accordance with lease terms and budgets
• Coordinates with Accounting and Finance on all rent related expenses and monthly reconciliations
• Assist in updating budget templates and expense tracking mechanism in coordination with Facilities Management and Accounting
• Track all facilities related expenses on a monthly basis
• Assists in the purchasing process in accordance with internal controls and vendor requirements
• Maintain and track inventory, vendor information, cost, and expenditure of equipment
• Updates department excel files and Sharepoint repository as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of experience in accounting and insurance principles
• Strong understanding of confidentiality:  practices and policies governing disclosure of information about the organization and its employees
• Knowledge of basic Accounts Payable principals and systems (SAP and Concur)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills to provide information to business units
• Strong organizational skills:  Planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks; the ability to work with deadlines and communicate with the department if a deadline might be missed
• Strong customer service skills in order to respond to employee inquiries and management requests (i.e., responsive, collaborative, accurate)
• Emotional maturity to be able to responsibly work with confidential and sensitive Company information
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills                   
• Superior attention to detail                          
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
