Duties

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team!

Summary -

As a Human Resource, Talent Acquisition Advisor at PHLY you are responsible for owning the entire full cycle recruitment process within our organization.  As the subject matter expert, and liaison between HR and hiring leadership, you will be focused on supporting multiple departments in searching and identification of diverse top talent across our organization.

A typical day will include the following :

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, team members, and business partners to produce diverse top talent.
  • Partnering with hiring leadership supporting the hiring process internally and externally hiring across exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, screen/assess candidates, craft offers, handle negotiations, close candidates, and onboard new team members
  • Research and develop sourcing strategies, evaluate talent, handle offer negotiations and close talent for both internal and external opportunities at PHLY.
  • Recommend qualified candidates to the business and provide guidance to assist in developing appropriate hiring packages.
  • Following standard hiring practice in compliance with our standard operating practices to ensure consistent
  • Reviews comp/offer recommendations with TA management or Talent Acquisition Executive when applicable.
  • Partner with leadership team on any challenges and look to Talent Acquisition AVP or TA team when applicable to help with resolution.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with hiring partners and interview teams, acting as a trusted adviser and coach to support the best hiring practices are maintained
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify opportunities to build talent pipelines including involvement in industry groups, community events and recruitment events
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory issues regarding federal and state employment law as it relates to best in class hiring practices

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Expertise conducting in-depth initial interviews and accurately assessing candidate quality and potential
  • Ability to exercise sound, independent judgement while driving best practices in candidate sourcing
  • Ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail while prioritize projects and requisitions  
  • Experience regularly communicating status and updates to business leadership
  • A consistently positive attitude, strong desire to deliver in a fast-paced high growth environment
  • Ability to think and act strategically and adjust to meet business needs while working independently
  • Working within an Insurance company industry is a plus!

For Colorado residents only: Salary range $75,500.00 -$84,400.00

Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
