We are looking for a Claims Assistant Team Leader to join our team.


This Claims Assistant Team Leader is responsible for maintaining a balanced workload for all Claims Assistants, Sr. Claims Assistants and Data Entry Clerks and supporting the goals and objectives of the Claims Operations unit.  Monitoring production of Claims Assistants and reassign resources as appropriate.

A typical day will include the following:

Assist the Claims Supervisor in ensuring production and customer service targets are met.

Prepare and maintain reports for processing in line with established guidelines.

Train, develop and motivate staff.  Identify staff members for rewards

Resolve, mediate and appropriately escalate performance and attendance issues with the assistance of the Claims Operations Management and HRBP teams.

Serve as a resource to our IT Business partners to assist in testing new platforms and enhancements


High school diploma or equivalent.
General computer proficiency.
Proficiency with MS Office products.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
Ability to encourage and motivate.

Range $52,100 - $63,100.
Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
