Duties

We are looking for a Collection Representative (Bala Cynwyd, PA) to join our team!

Summary -

• Examine details and take action to collect unearned premium on cancelled and/or expired policies.
• A typical day will include the following:
• Place collections calls to insureds and agents.
• Review and flag bankruptcies in billing system, communicate to legal.
• Respond to service requests
• Research and communicate with legal on accounts.
• Place accounts with outside collection agency and apply recovery payments received.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Two to three years of related experience including collections and reconciliation
• General computer proficiency with an emphasis on MS Outlook, Word and Excel
