Duties

Typical Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Answer basic to intermediate levels of calls from customers and agents
  • Process a high volume of changes within the systems
  • Follow SOP instructions to process multi-step transactions correctly
  • Develop proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems  
  • Master CS guidelines to know what types of changes are within your authority, can be processed over the phone, or needs to be referred. Review activities generated from the system.  Follow workflows to either process them or assign to others.
  • Other duties as assigned

Special Circumstances:

  • Periodic overtime may be required
  • Position may be eligible to work from home with Supervisor's approval

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 2 years college degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of general office and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to type 35+ wpm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good critical thinking skills to determine best action to take
  • Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast pace environment
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word and Excel)
