Duties

We are looking for a Policy Admin. Analyst II to join our team

Summary -

Act on service inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. Reconcile policies for system discrepancies. Examine policy data for complex transactions, perform research to determine steps to resolve, make appropriate adjustments.


A typical day will include the following:

Investigate and complete complex endorsements into the billing system with accuracy and detail.

Reconcile policies to match the billing system to the rating system.

Handle transaction escalations.

Analyze and problem-solve multiple types of transactions, verify all information and decide on solution

Demonstrate agility and flexibility to maneuver through constantly changing priorities.

Communicate with preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years related experience is recommended
• Minimum of 2 years reconciliation experience preferred
• Data Entry and Windows environment experience
