Duties

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer phones (two lines) and assist customers with billing payments
• Input updated customer information via FICOH system
• Analyze and interpret various accounting journals, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Special Circumstances:

• May require periodic overtime
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Keyboard 35+ wpm and 10-key by touch
• Basic proficiency of MS Office applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills - including professional telephone etiquette skills
• Performs well under pressure of deadlines, completes assigned tasks in a prompt and reliable manner, and able to manage high volume of work in a multi-task environment
• An effective communicator who has strong relationship building skills necessary to service internal/external customers
• Team player with good attitude who is willing to do what i necessary for the department/company to succeed

Associate II (along with the above qualifications):

• 1 year general office and/or customer service experience

Associate III (along with the above qualifications):

• 2 years general office and/or customer service experience
