Duties

Summary  

Assists in the development and maintenance of NFIP and Private Market flood insurance products and supports the marketing, sales and customer service efforts for the product or product lines.   Maintains alignment with Flood Product Manager to ensure successful development of the entire product.  Assist NFIP policy holders, provide agency and marketing training for the PHLY NFIP product offering and Private Market products.

A typical day will include the following:

•    Provides service and support for PHLY Flood policy holders and agents
•    Works with the PHLY NFIP Vendor on account level and book of business issues
•    Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all Flood products, services, priorities and target markets  
•    May accompany marketing representative or represent the company on appointments in assigned territory
•    Develops and/or maintains and continually improves a specific insurance product or narrow product line 
Influences the direction, target market and priorities for PHLY Flood Products.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•  Minimum of 3-4 years of NFIP underwriting experience  
• Strong attention to detail skills and degree of organization
•  Must be analytical, results-oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency
• Must have demonstrated marketing and agency development skills/experience

The salary range posted is pursuant to various pay transparency laws Nationwide. Ultimately, the salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

Nationwide Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
