Job Summary:

Provides support to the Underwriting Operations department by working on projects and completing reports as required. In addition, work with Business Analysts and the AVP of Business Process Improvement on activities to ensure the operational effectiveness of the Business Unit.

Essential Job Functions:

Under the direction of Team Management:

  • Participate in assigned projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Understand project scopes and objectives.
  • Work with team to create project schedules and develop project plans.
  • Learn Policy Decisions, RapidSure, OnBase, Salesforce (Case Management), TED, COGNOS, and other system applications.
  • Assist Operations Management by suggesting products, workflow changes, team services, and programs to increase customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and department efficiency.
  • Implement reporting tools for Operations as directed by management.
  • Provide training logistics, including but not limited to room reservations, participant invitations and equipment setup. Prepare materials for training and compile reports for post training evaluations.
  • Comply with proper internal controls to conduct job functions and carry out responsibilities and administrative activities at Company.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working on IT projects preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive required. Knowledge of SharePoint & Visio preferred.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communications skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple business segments.
