Duties

Summary:

Partners Talent Acquisition with HR Business Partners, Workforce Analytics teams and business leadership to craft an inclusive and proactive recruitment operating model. Leads the development and implementation of companywide recruiting strategies from end-to-end. Develops effective metrics-driven recruiting processes to create operational efficiencies, allowing the organization to react quickly and thoughtfully when positions are available, and ensures a high-touch candidate experience from application to offer. Measures key hiring parameters, such as operations (recruiter loading), efficiency (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire), and quality (performance of new hires).

Responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic direction to recruiting staff and hiring managers across the organization
  • Partners closely with hiring managers and business leadership to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that demonstrate how the company recruits for top talent
  • Develops and applies strategies and programs to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
  • Collaborates across business and staff functions, acting as the thought leader for recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
  • Provides leadership, direction, coaching and development for a high-performing team responsible for recruiting across multiple business units and Campus Recruiting
  • Develops effective pipeline and recruitment strategies using a combination of talent branding, external search firms, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media and other relevant methods that will deliver a well-qualified diverse pool of talent
  • Prepares and maintains annual recruitment budget

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 years’ related experience in related field (Talent Acquisition, HR Operations)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
