We are looking for a Senior Product Support Analyst to join our team.


Under limited direction and supervision, conducts less complex rating system compliance audits. 

Documents product/line of business rating, which may include user inputs, supporting data tables and algorithms. 

Reviews, analyzes and processes single-state ISO Circulars for most lines of business.

A typical day will include the following:

Gathers, analyzes and interprets PHLY and ISO filings, RQIs and Underwriting guidelines.

Documents the functional requirements for product/line of business rating tables and algorithms on an "as needed" basis in support of IT.

Provides UAT for new products and involved product enhancements including Collector Vehicle product.

Prepares summary of circular changes that are within the Committee’s authority for review by Sr. Product Support Analyst.

Submits filing detail to state insurance departments and submits system changes to IT.

Researches/responds to system rating and filing inquiries from Underwriting, Actuarial, Product Development, IT.

Audits a single PHLY rating system to assure system compliance with filed PHLY and ISO rating plans and rules.

Reviews/analyzes/processes single-state ISO Circulars for forms/rates/rules.


Bachelor’s or higher degree from a four-year college, University or Graduate School, preferred.
3-5 years previous experince and commercial underwriting experience preferred.
